Vertance is a Software Development and Consulting Services firm located in Portland, Oregon. We focus exclusively on providing products and services designed to help you get the most out of your Made2Manage ERP system. We have been working with clients running Made2Manage since 2003.

Consulting Projects

We have worked with clients on a variety of projects related to their Made2Manage ERP system.

• Process Improvement: Most companies using Made2Manage have a pretty good idea of what they'd like to accomplish, but actually implementing these changes is often a difficult process. We've helped many clients develop the procedures and provide the training necessary to get their business processes better integrated into Made2Manage

• Re-implementation: Often a company realized that some of the decisions made when they first implemented Made2Manage are not working well once they've been using the program for awhile. Perhaps the original set of Product Classes doesn't fit anymore, or you find Lot and Serial Number control is not producing sufficient value for the effort involved. We've worked with several clients making the necessary changes to the system to bring it in alignment with current objectives.

• Business Process Integration: We've worked on several project which integrate the Made2Manage database with independent business systems within the client's overall information infrastructure. We've developed wireless handheld barcode systems, UPS and FedEx shipping integration, and numerous other solutions which improve productivity and information flow.

Software Development

Our Software Products have arisen from the observation that most companies using Made2Manage share similar issues and challenges. Vertance Navigator is our first product which we're releasing to address some of these common problems. Our mission is to develope additional products and capabilities to improve the overall usefullness of Made2Manage in our client's operations.
