Training

At Vertance we feel training is essential for our subscribers to get the most out of Vertance Navigator. We've put together a multi-level program designed to get your staff up to speed with Navigator is a short period of time.

Technical Support

Our staff is available to answer your questions and help you with any issues you might have with Navigator. We are available 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time by phone. You can also reach us by E-Mail at support@vertance.com. You can also take part in our weekly "Brown Bag Lunch" program where we host a GoToMeeting session were anyone can bring a problem, get help setting up a query, ask a questions, and also learn from how other users have implemented Vertance Navigator.
