No, Vertance Navigator is a Data Analysis and Reporting tool. It connects to the Made2Manage database with Read-Only access, and is not designed to update or modify the core M2M database in any way.

Navigator is licensed using the same "floating network license" model that Aptean uses for Made2Manage.
